Return Conditions
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive the wrong or defective product.
Products must be returned unused, intact, and in their original packaging.
Hygiene products (such as innerwear and blouses) are non-returnable.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after product inspection.
For online payments, refunds will be issued to your bank or mobile financial account.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via mobile financial services.
Delivery Charges
Bahari Color will bear the delivery charge for wrong or defective products.
In other cases, the customer is responsible for delivery charges.
